He helped the company come back stronger after the 2008 crisis and pushed the company to have an online component back in 2014. Under his leadership, EMS has now begun helping others achieve their goals by creating independent business success.

In 1985, Rick started the original company that became EMS. It was his invention that sprouted the plant and solution we sell and use today. His experience in sales is unparalleled. Today he helps to mentor the next generation of great entrepreneurs.

VP of Marketing

When EMS wanted to add a digital component to its business model, Foley was the first phone call. Brought on in 2014 to build the original website, his role with the company has expanded as the company has grown each year. Now a consultant for dozens of businesses, he has the experience and leadership to help any marketing campaign succeed.

Alisha

VP of Administrative

Alisha joined EMS in a part-time administrative role. Within six months she was promoted due to her excellent performance. She is considered to be the “swiss army knife” of EMS helping in every area from day-to-day administrative operations to human resources to customer service.
